Fidelity clients wanted a simpler way to roll over their retirement savings—something far easier than the outdated process they’d been using. We redesigned the old rollover process and came up with the Express Rollover.

The Challenge

The experience had to feel effortless. I needed to match the clean, intuitive design with content that clearly explained how to move money—without overwhelming users. Rolling over funds can be stressful; I eased that tension with clarity and reassurance.

The Copy

I replaced outdated language with clear, conversational copy that guided users step by step. The result? Fewer calls to support—and more customers completing their rollovers with confidence.
